Provideam is fully configurable by the end user. However, there are some tasks which may require support from your Provideam Partner.

Provideam OEE support services |
Provideam OEE Support is provided free of charge for the first 90 days from the date of your order. An annual support contract is available for just 20% of the cost of the licence, as long as you purchase it during this 90 day period (it will start once the 90 days have expired ).
Assuming you opt to continue your support contract every year, the cost will never rise, as a Provideam licence is a one-off lifetime purchase (per machine).
Provideam OEE Support includes general support as well as software maintenance and enhancements. These include:
- Free access to service packs (one per quarter)
- Helpline and email support
- Remote access support via VPN
