Provideam OEE Screenshots |
These help you to see exactly how Provideam works and the production monitoring benefits it can bring – even before your free trial.
The following screenshots were taken from ProvideamV3, running on Internet Explorer 7.
The screenshots show four of the main aspects of Provideam:
- Dashboard
The Dashboard presents real-time production monitoring data in a format that’s quick and easy to access and analyse.
- Reporting
The Reporting module allows you to create customised productivity reports.
- Live
Provideam Live is a method of displaying real-time productivity tables and charts on a screen (e.g. Plasma/LCD) and can be used as a motivational tool when mounted in the manufacturing area.
- Shop Floor Execution
Provideam Shop Floor Execution.
The data you see in the screenshots has been generated by the ProvideamV3 Demo Application. The Demo Application simulates production yield and downtime data for five sample machines: AssemblyMC1, AssemblyMC2, PackMC, MouldingMC1 and MouldingMC2.
By installing the Demo Application you can run the full version of ProvideamV3 with simulated demo data. This enables you to explore the application with realistic data.
You can download the Demo Application here.
