Provideam is designed to be accessible to everyone from small users through to the largest companies. That’s why it’s fully scalable, and can be used on anything from just one through to hundreds of machines.

Provideam OEE – for customisable downtime monitoring and analysis |
Provideam OEE is our main downtime monitoring solution. It’s fully configurable to your requirements and includes an OEE Dashboard which allows you to analyse real-time and historical production data by shift. From the Dashboard, it’s easy to print, export and email shift production data.
It also includes a wizard based reporting interface which lets you create customised productivity reports over various periods, such as day, week, month and so on. You can also compare time periods, such as the day shift and the night shift, or objects, such as two different machines. The reporting interface allows you to create schedules for automatically emailing reports to a mailing list, for example at the end of a shift.
Provideam has been designed to collect large volumes of data and supports distributed processing over a number of servers. Implementing a distributed Provideam solution generally requires integration services, which are provided by your Provideam partner.

NEW Provideam Shop Floor Execution Solutions |
The Provideam Manufacturing Productivity Solution has been upgraded to include a new Shop Floor Execution Module add-on.
This module greatly enhances your ability to monitor and control Work In Progress (WIP).
The Provideam Shop Floor Execution System provides the following functions;
- Import Work Orders from an ERP System (eg Oracle or SAP) directly or via a Business Objects derived Excel report.
- Provide a customisable "Active Work Order Status" form which provides a central planning data resource and enables all relevant departments to see the status of all active Work Orders. Flexible, ad-hoc, filters allow the user to isolate the specific data they require.
- Provide a form to enable Production Department to set production status flags. For example "Label Printing"
- Provide the ability to timestamp Work Orders at key staging points by scanning the Bar Code on the Work Order Traveller Documents / Labels.
- Provide Lead-Time Variance Reports which indicate the time spent by Work Order in each phase.
- Provide Dashboard functionality which enables the user to drill-down from Plant to Department to Cell\Work Center.

Provideam Event gives you extra peace of mind |
Provideam Event is our event monitoring and alarming module. It’s another way of helping you to stay in control at all times, including letting you know when a machine malfunctions.
It allows you to log digital or analogue event items to the Provideam database, either on a poll time or data change event. In addition, Provideam Event can monitor alarms and pass on these alarms to a user group via email or text message.
